These Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed through Tavari’s website or customer service channels. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


1. Applicability & Changes

These Conditions apply to all orders placed with Tavari. We may update these Conditions from time to time; the latest version will be posted on our website and automatically apply to future orders.


2. Eligibility

  • Orders are accepted only from individuals aged 18 years or older, or minors whose parent/legal guardian places the order.
  • Purchases must be for personal use only — resale or distribution is prohibited.

3. Product Availability & Limits

  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to set quantity limits per customer or per item, and may refuse or cancel orders exceeding these limits.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders confirmed via email or WhatsApp constitute our acceptance, forming a binding sales contract.
  • If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and may cancel or refund the order.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in AED or local currency, depending on your location, and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Tavari does not store your payment data.
  • Full payment is required at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping to eligible destinations.
  • Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
  • Delivery is expected within 30 days of confirmation, except for bespoke items requiring additional production time.
  • If delivery is significantly delayed, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund for undelivered items.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
  • You may cancel or return orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and complete with packaging and documentation.
  • Personalized or bespoke items are non-refundable unless defective.

8. Complimentary Services

  • Gift wrapping, special packaging, or engraving may be available depending on product eligibility.
  • Engraved or personalized items are considered final sale.

9. Product Descriptions

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and specifications. Minor variances or errors may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from received goods.

10. Warranty & Legal Rights

  • Products may be covered by our standard warranty, where applicable.
  • Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Tavari’s total liability for any order is limited to the purchase price paid.
  • We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including shipping disruptions, customs delays, or other force majeure events.


13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Disputes should first be attempted to resolve amicably.
  • If unresolved, disputes may be brought before UAE courts, or where required by law, in your country of residence.

14. Entire Agreement

These Conditions, along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Tavari. They supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
